We recommend our customers to visit our store in person for purchase, since jellyfish are living animals. It would also be more convenient for you to check the jellyfish, and understand how to operate the hardware.
Free delivery service is not available at the moment. If you wish to have delivery service, we could arrange a pickup van service (LaLaMove, GoGoX, Call4Van, etc) , with freight pay at the destination. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
In addition, to ensure that the jellyfish can adapt to the new environment more easily, we recommend you to get the tank and hardware first, then your lovely jellyfish the next day after completing the installation and preparing clean salt water. If you wish to have delivery service, we could arrange a pickup van service, delivery fee paid by the customers.
Please check the jellyfish tank as soon as possible upon arrival. If it is damaged or scratched due to transportation, please notify us for replacement within 48 hours. If your products are defective due to non-manufacturing faults, goods exchange is available within 7 days from the date of purchase with a valid receipt. The Oceanbuilder reserves the right to make the final decision.
